Who are we?
We are a team of hands-on growth consultants. We work with startups at various stages on problems ranging from 0-1, 1-10 and even 10-100. We plug into a company for (preferably) a pre-set duration and take complete ownership of the business and strategic goals. We focus on building deep growth capabilities within the company that stay for perpetuity.
Our team has a combined Startup Growth experience of 50+ years across leadership teams of Zomato, Urban Company, Apna, Healthkart, OYO, Housing and Limeroad.
We have deep functional expertise across all domains of Growth including (but not limited to) Brand Marketing, Performance Marketing, Analytics, Insights, Content, Communication, PR and Product Led Growth.
During our respective experiences, we have had the opportunity to build multi-billion Dollar businesses and learn from our various mistakes. We have a deep understanding of the Indian consumer and the channels of growth. Our experience has helped us make the learning curve a lot steeper for the 60+ companies we have worked with over the last 3 years.

d.) Coach and transfer the set-up to the team we have built in a way that doesn’t impact growth and the business continues to scale while we move out of the project
Own & Drive
We own & drive marketing/performance end-to-end. We work as an extended Marketing team for our partner start-ups and therefore own the KPIs as a member of the team. We are passionate about delivering experiences like no other.
